轮机缺陷导致的河船事故分析与对策研究①

摘要

本文分析了船舶轮机方面的常见缺陷，引起的河船事故，这些或是由设计、建造及营运状况等因素造成的，或是机械设备的技术状况逐渐降低引起的故障，对船舶及船上生命财产安全构成严重威胁。笔者就常见的引起河船事故的轮机方面缺陷进行了分析和探讨。%This paper analyzes common def iciencies in marine engine, caused by river boat accident or situation factors such as design,construction and operation of ships,or gradually reduced to mechanical equipment failure caused by,the vessel posed a serious threat and the life and property safety.
