芦荟多糖对糖尿病模型小鼠血糖水平和体重的影响

             

摘要

Objective To study the effects of Aloe polysaccharide( AP )on blood glucose and body weight in the animal model of diabetes mellitus. Methods Eighty mice had been induced type 1 diabetes mellitus by percutaneous inoculation of alloxan via tail vein, which were divided into model group( be given normal saline ), the positive control group( be given dimethyl biguanide )and the blank group, groups of AP dosage of high, middle and low level. Then the effects of AP on blood glucose and body weight in the mouse model of type 1 diabetes mellitus were observed. Results AP could significantly degrade the level of blood glucose in the mouse model of diabetes mellitus induced by alloxan ( P < 0.05 ), and it didnt obviously improved to lighten the body weight in the diabetes mellitus model mice ( P > 0.05 ).Conclusion AP can degrade the blood glucose and has no improvement on the lose weight in diabetes mellitus model mice.%目的 研究芦荟多糖对糖尿病动物模型血糖水平和体重的影响.方法 小鼠80只,在小鼠尾静脉注射四氧嘧啶诱导1型糖尿病,按血糖水平分建立模型组(给予生理盐水)、阳性对照组(给予二甲双胍)、空白对照组,芦荟多糖高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组,另选16只小鼠注射生理盐水作对照组.观察芦荟多糖对1型糖尿病小鼠血糖水平和体重的影响.结果 芦荟多糖能显著降低四氧嘧啶所致糖尿病小鼠的血糖水平(P<0.05),对四氧嘧啶所致糖尿病小鼠体重减轻无明显改善作用(P>0.05).结论 芦荟多糖有降低糖尿病小鼠血糖的作用,但对糖尿病小鼠体重减轻无改善作用.
