The Fasting Blood Sugar Level and Blood Lipid Indices Level of the Diabeters Model Mice Influenced by the Grain Dietary Fibers

摘要

研究大豆皮、麦麸、豆渣等膳食纤维对糖尿病模型小鼠血糖血脂的影响.方法:给正常小鼠和四氧嘧啶致糖尿病模型小鼠给予不同剂量(0.5g/kg· bw、2.5g/kg· bw、5g/kg· bw)超细水不溶性麦麸膳食纤维、5g/kg· bw不同粒度(140～200目和穿过200目)水不溶性大豆皮膳食纤维、不同剂量(0.583g/kg、2.915g/kg、5.83g/kg)水不溶性豆渣膳食纤维28d,每周测定空腹血糖,第28d测血脂TC、TG、HDL-C和 LDL-C.%Study on the fasting blood sugar and blood lipid indices of the diabetes model mice influenced by the dietary fibers made from grain,such as wheat bran,soybean hull,and soybean dregs,which are all insoluble in water.Method:The fasting blood sugar (FBG) of the normal and diabetes model mice,which's diabetes were caused by Alloxan monohydrate,were examined every week,and total cholesterol (TC),triglycerides (TG),high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-C) were examined after four weeks,when the mice were perfuse 28 days with 0.5g/kg · bw,2.5g/kg · bw and 5g/kg · bw the super-tiny wheat bran dietary fiber,5g/kg · bw with the size of 140-200 meshes and more than 200 meshes the super-tiny soybean hull dietary fiber,and 0.583g/kg,2.915g/kg and 5.83g/kg the super-tiny soybean dregs dietary fiber.
