冠心病患者左室Tei指数与左室收缩功能的相关性分析

摘要

Objective To explore the correlation of Tei index with left ventricular systolic function( LVSF )in patients with coronary artery disease( CAD ). Methods The left ventricular Tei index in 34 patients with CAD were detected by pulsed Doppler echocardiography. The left ventricular end diastolic volume( LVEDV ), end systolic volume ( LVESV )and ejection fraction( LVEF )in 34 patients with CAD were detected by real-time three-dimensional echocardiography,and the correlation of Tei index with LVEDV , LVESV and LVEF in patients with CAD were analyzed. Results Linear correlative analysis showed that the increase of Tei index was positively correlated with the increase of LVEDV and LVESV in patients with CAD( P＜0. 05 ). Tei index was negative correlation with LVEF( P＜0. 05 ). Conclusion Teiindex which is closely related to LVSF in patients with CAD can accurately reflect the left ventricular integral function combined with LVSF.%目的 探讨冠心病患者左室Tei指数与左室收缩功能指标的相关性.方法 选择34例冠心病患者应用脉冲多普勒超声测量其左室Tei指数,应用实时三维超声心动图测量其左室舒张末期容积(LVEDV)、收缩末期容积(LVESV)和射血分数(LVEF),分析冠心病患者Tei指数与LVEDV、LVESV和LVEF的相关性.结果 冠心病患者Tei指数的升高与LVEDV和LVESV的增大呈显著正相关(P＜0.05),与LVEF呈显著负相关(P＜0.05).结论 冠心病患者左室Tei指数与左室收缩功能指标密切相关,联合应用可准确反映冠心病患者左室整体功能.
