T-cadherin 与宫颈癌关系的研究

摘要

Objective To investigate the relationship between truncated-cadherin ( T-cadherin ) and cervical cancer.Methods Immunochemistry,Western blot and RT-PCR were adopted to detect the expression of T-cadherin in 50 samples of cervical cancer tissues ,40 samples of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia ( CIN) tissues and 15 samples of normal cervical tissues as the controls .Results Compared to cervical cancer tissues ,the expressions of T-cadherin pro-tein and mRNA in the cervical cancer tissues were significantly lower than those in the CIN tissues (P<0.05) or normal cervical tissues (P<0.01).Conclusion The down-regulation of T-cadherin expression correlates with cervical canc-er,which may promote the invasion and metastasis of cervical cancer .%目的探究T-cadherin与宫颈癌的关系。方法50例宫颈癌组织标本，采用免疫组化、免疫印迹和RT-PCR检测宫颈癌组织中T-cadherin的表达水平，并以40例宫颈上皮内瘤变组织和15例正常宫颈组织作对照。结果宫颈癌组织中T-cadherin蛋白、T-cadherin基因的表达显著低于宫颈上皮内瘤变组织（P＜0．05）和正常的宫颈癌组织（P＜0．01）。结论 T-cadherin表达下调与宫颈癌发生有关，并可能促进宫颈癌的侵袭与转移。
