冷冻骨和冻干骨生物力学性能研究

         

摘要

Objective To investigate the biomechanical properties of frozen bone and freeze -dried bone so as to provide the reference for combining application of allogeneic bone transplantation and distraction osteogenesis .Methods Six normal mongrel dogs were divided into fresh bone groupⅠ,frozen bone group,fresh bone groupⅡand freeze-dried bone group based on their mandibles,tension test and bending test were conducted in each group.Results The maximum bending force,anti-bending strength,bending deflection in the frozen bone group were significantly lower than those in the fresh bone group Ⅰ(P<0.05),the bending elastic modulus in the frozen bone group was significantly higher than that in the fresh bone group Ⅰ(P <0.05).The maximum bending force,anti-bending strength,bending deflection in the freeze-dried bone group were significantly lower than those in the fresh bone group Ⅱ(P<0.05),the bending elastic modulus in the freeze-dried bone group was significantly higher than that in the fresh bone group Ⅱ(P<0.05).The maximum compressive force,anti-compressive strength,compressive deflection in the frozen bone group were significantly lower than those in the fresh bone groupⅠ(P<0.05),the compressive elastic modulus in the frozen bone group was significantly higher than that in the fresh bone group Ⅰ(P <0.05).The maximum compressive force ,anti-compressive strength, compressive deflection in the freeze-dried bone group were significantly lower than those in the fresh bone group Ⅱ(P<0.05),the compressive elastic modulus in the freeze-dried bone group was significantly higher than that in the fresh bone group Ⅱ(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the fresh bone,the biomechanical properties of frozen bone and freeze-dried bone,such as compressive strength,anti-bending strength,decrease in turn,which decrease more significantly in the freeze-dried bone group;However,the bending elastic modulus and compressive elastic modulus increase in turn.%  目的探讨经冷冻和冷冻脱脂干燥处理的冷冻骨和冻干骨的生物力学性能变化,为同种异体骨移植术和牵张成骨术联合应用提供参考。方法健康杂种狗6只,取其下颌骨分为新鲜骨组Ⅰ、冷冻骨组、新鲜骨组Ⅱ、冻干骨组,每组分别进行弯曲试验、压缩试验。结果冷冻骨组最大弯曲力、抗弯强度、弯曲挠度均明显低于新鲜骨组Ⅰ(P<0.05),弯曲弹性模量明显高于新鲜骨组Ⅰ(P<0.05)。冻干骨组最大弯曲力、弯曲强度、弯曲挠度均明显低于新鲜组骨Ⅱ(P<0.05),弯曲弹性模量明显高于新鲜组骨Ⅱ(P<0.05)。冷冻骨组最大压缩力、抗压强度、压缩挠度均明显低于新鲜骨组Ⅰ(P<0.05),压缩弹性模量明显高于新鲜骨组Ⅰ(P<0.05),冻干骨组最大压缩力、抗压强度、压缩挠度均明显低于新鲜骨组Ⅱ(P<0.05),压缩弹性模量明显高于新鲜骨组Ⅱ(P<0.05)。结论与新鲜骨相比,冷冻骨和冻干骨的生物力学压缩强度,抗弯强度均依次下降,冻干骨下降更明显;而弯曲弹性模量、压缩弹性模量均依次增加。
