目的:观察长期大量摄入酒精后兔股骨头骨细胞超微结构变化,探讨酒精诱发股骨头缺血性坏死组织病理学机制。方法雄性新西兰大白兔白酒(酒精含量56%)8 ml/(kg· d)连续灌胃6周,观察兔股骨头骨细胞超微结构变化。结果透射电镜显示兔股骨头缺血性坏死骨细胞线粒体肿胀,嵴结构模糊,粗面内质网上多聚核糖体脱颗粒,骨细胞内可见脂滴出现。结论长期大量的酒精摄入会引起兔大体形态及兔股骨头骨细胞超微结构的改变。%Objective To observe the ultrastructure changes in the osteocytes of rabbit femoral head after a long-term and large amount of alcohol intake ,and to further clarify the histopathological mechanism of alcohol-induced avascular necrosis of femoral head .Methods Male New Zealand rabbits were consecutively gavaged with liquor (56%of alcohol) at a dose of 8 ml/(kg· d) for 6 weeks.The ultrastructure changes in the osteocytes of rabbit femoral head were observed .Results Transmission electron microscopy showed that the osteocytes of femoral head in rabbits with alcoholic avascular necrosis presented mitochondria swelling and fuzzy cristae structure ,degranulation of polysomes on rough endoplasmic reticulum ,and lipid droplets which were observed in the osteocytes .Conclusion A long-term and large amount of alcohol intake might lead to the gross morphological changes and ultrastructure changes in the osteocytes of femoral head in rabbits .
