湖北省中年人群高血压的发生情况及危险因素分析

摘要

Objective To analyze the prevalence and risk factors of hypertension in middle -aged individuals in Hubei Province . Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted in 6054 middle-aged individuals aged 35 to 55 years who were selected from 10 cities in Hubei Province by cross-sectional stratified multistage random sampling method .A physical examination was applied to the survey .The prevalence and risk factors of hypertension among middle-aged individuals in Hubei Province were analyzed .Results The detection rate of hypertension was 6.9% among middle-aged individuals in Hubei Province .And the detection rates of hypertension in the males and females were 7.5%and 6.3%respectively.Multivariate analysis showed that body mass index and family history of hypertension were the risk factors of hypertension in middle-aged individuals(P<0.05),and good education background was the protective factor (P<0.05). Conclusion Hypertension is not rare among middle-aged individuals in Hubei Province .The middle-aged individuals should have healthy diet,master some knowledge about hypertension and participate in physical activities actively to reduce the incidence of hypertension .%目的：分析湖北省中年人群高血压的发生情况及危险因素。方法采用横断面分层多级随机抽样方法抽取湖北省10个地市（自治州）中年人共6054例，年龄35～55岁，采用问卷调查及体格检查等方法进行调查，分析湖北省中年人群高血压的发生情况及相关危险因素。结果湖北省中年人群高血压的检出率为6．9％，男性、女性高血压检出率分别为7．5％和6．3％。多因素分析显示体重指数、高血压家族史为中年人群高血压的独立危险因素（P＜0．05），文化程度高为保护因素（P＜0．05）。结论在湖北省中年人群中高血压并不少见，中年人群应健康饮食、学习高血压相关知识、积极参加体育锻炼，以降低高血压发病率。
