目的：探讨分离运动结合能力训练对脑卒中镜像运动患者运动及生活能力的影响。方法选取脑卒中后出现镜像运动的患者42例，分为治疗组和对照组各21例。对照组患者进行常规康复训练治疗，治疗组患者在常规康复训练治疗的基础上，采用分离运动形式对患侧肢体进行肌力增强、耐力、运动控制等能力训练，同时进行抑制健侧肢体出现镜像运动的训练。治疗前及治疗8周后对两组患者采用Fugl-Meyer量表评估上下肢的运动功能，采用Kendall量表评估肱三头肌、股四头肌肌力，以及Barthel指数量表评估患者日常生活能力。结果治疗后两组患者Fugl-Meyer评分、Barthel指数评分及Kendall量表评分均显著提高（P＜0．05）；治疗组患者治疗后上述3项评分均显著高于对照组（P＜0．01）。结论分离运动结合能力训练对脑卒中镜像运动患者的运动及生活能力有显著改善作用。%Objective To investigate the effects of separated movements combined with ability training on the motor function and ability of life in patients with cerebral apoplexy and mirror movement ( MM) .Methods Forty-two patients with cerebral apoplexy and MM were enrolled and divided into treatment group and control group , with 21 cases in each group .The patients in the control group were treated with routine rehabilitation training .Besides the routine rehabilitation training ,the patients in the treatment group were treated with the ability training of injured sides including muscle strength ,endurance and exercise control in the manner of separated movements ,as well as the training for inhibiting the MM of uninjured sides .Before and after 8 weeks of treatment ,the motor functions of upper and lower limbs were assessed by Fugl-Meyer Scale in both groups ,the myodynamia of triceps and quadriceps femoris was assessed by Kendall Scale ,and the ability of daily life was evaluated by the Barthel index .Results After treatment ,Fugl-Meyer scores ,Barthel index scores and Kendall scores of both groups significantly increased (P<0.05).And the scores of the three indices in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group after treatment (P<0.01).Conclusion Separated movements combined with ability training can remarkably improve the motor function and ability of life in patients with cerebral apoplexy and MM .
