HPLC法测定双金痛立停胶囊中芍药苷的含量

摘要

目的 建立双金痛立停胶囊中芍药苷的含量测定方法. 方法 采用高效液相色谱( HPLC)法,使用Diamonsil C18(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm)色谱柱,乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(15 :85)为流动相,检测波长为230 nm. 结果 芍药苷进样量在0.163~1.630 μg范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为 r=0.9999,平均回收率为98.71%,RSD=0.54%. 结论 本法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于双金痛立停胶囊的质量控制.%Objective To develope a method for determining the content of paeoniflorin in Shuangjin Tongliting capsules. Methods High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was used with Diamonsil C18(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm) chromatographic column.The mobile phase was acetonitrile -0.1%phosphoric acid solution(15 :85).The detection wavelength was 230 nm.Results The sample size of paeoniflorin showed a good linearity in the range of 0.163 to 1.630 μg( r =0.9999).The average recovery was 98.71%with RSD of 0.54%.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and reproducibile,which can be applied to the quality control of Shuangjin Tongliting capsules.
