中西医结合治疗脊髓损伤后便秘的疗效观察

摘要

目的 观察中西医结合治疗脊髓损伤后便秘的临床效果.方法 64例脊髓损伤伴便秘患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组32例.两组患者给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗及护理的基础上加用中药增液汤辩证治疗.观察两组患者的治疗效果及治疗前后Wexner便秘评分、Bristol粪便性状量表评分.结果 治疗后两组患者的Wexner便秘评分、Bristol粪便性状量表评分均低于治疗前,并且观察组两项评分均低于对照组(P＜0.05),临床疗效优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 脊髓损伤伴便秘患者采用中西医结合治疗,可以促进患者肠功能恢复,改变患者便秘症状.%Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of integrated therapy of Chinese and Western medicine for the treatment of constipation after spinal cord injury.Methods Sixty-four patients with spinal cord injury combined with constipation were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 32 cases in each group.Both groups were given conventional therapy and nursing care,and the observation group received the dialectical therapy of Chinese medicine,Zeng Ye Decoction,additionally.The therapeutic effect,and Wexner scores for constipation and Bristol Stool Form Scale scores before and after treatment were observed in the two groups.Results Mter treatment,Wexner score for constipation and Bristol Stool Form Scale score were lower than the scores before treatment,the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05),and the clinical efficacy in the observation group was superior to that in the control group(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Integrated therapy of Chinese and Western medicine can promote the recovery of intestinal function and improve the symptoms of constipation in the patients with spinal cord injury combined with constipation.
