目的 探讨巴氏球核心肌群稳定性训练结合健康教育治疗慢性非特异性腰痛的临床效果.方法 将50例慢性非特异性腰痛患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各25例.对照组采取常规保守治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上辅以巴氏球核心肌群稳定性训练结合健康教育.治疗前及治疗8周后,比较两组患者的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)及腰背部徒手肌力评定(MMT)评分,观察两组半年内腰痛复发情况.结果 治疗后,两组VAS评分、ODI均较前降低,而MMT评分较前升高(P<0.05),且观察组VAS评分及ODI低于对照组,而MMT评分高于对照组(P<0.05).出院半年内观察组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 与常规肌力训练比较,巴氏球核心肌群稳定性训练结合健康教育治疗慢性非特异性腰痛可更有效地增强脊柱稳定性及缓解下腰痛症状.%Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of core muscle stability training using Bobath ball combined with health education for chronic nonspecific low back pain .Methods Fifty patients with chronic nonspecific low back pain were randomly divided into observation group and control group ,with 25 cases in each group .The control group was treated with routine conservative therapy ,while the observation group received core muscle stability training using Bobath ball combined with health education on the basis of routine therapy . Before treatment and after 8 weeks of treatment,the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) score,the Oswestry disability index(ODI) and the score of low back manual muscle testing ( MMT) were compared between the two groups .The recurrence of low back pain within half a year was observed in the two groups.Results After treatment,the VAS scores and ODI decreased while MMT scores increased in both groups compared to the pre-treatment(P<0.05).The VAS scores and ODI were lower while MMT scores were higher in the observation group compared to the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate within half a year after discharge was lower in the observation group compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared to the routine exercise for muscle strength ,the core muscle stability training using Bobath ball combined with health education for chronic nonspecific low back pain can more effectively enhance the spinal stability and relieve the symptoms of lower back pain .
