茶饮方联合中低热量饮食治疗脾肾阳虚型产后肥胖的临床疗效

             

摘要

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Chayin Fang combined with low-or medium-calorie diet for treating postpartum obesity of spleen and kidney yang deficiency.Methods Ninety patients with postpartum obesity of spleen-kidney yang deficiency were divided into Chayin Fang group,combination group and diet group,with 30 cases in each group.The Chayin Fang group,combination group and diet group received oral administration of Chayin Fang,Chayin Fang combined with low-or medium-calorie diet,and simple low-or medium-calorie diet respectively.The treatment lasted for eight weeks in all groups.The efficacy of each group was observed when the treatment was completed.The weight,waist circumference,hip circumference,basal metabolic rate,visceral fat index and body fat rate were compared among the three groups before and after treatment.The body mass index(BMI) was compared among the three groups before treatment,when the treatment was completed,at 3,6 and 9 months after treatment.Results The effective rate of the combination group was higher than the rate of Chayin Fang group or the diet group(83.3%,60.7% and 51.7%,respectively;P<0.05).After treatment,the weight,waist circumference,hip circumference,visceral fat index and body fat rate were less or lower but the basal metabolic rate was higher in the combination group compared with those indices before treatment or in the other two groups(P<0.05).The BMI of the combination group was lower than those of the other groups at each time point after treatment(P<0.05).In the diet group or Chayin Fang group,there was no significant difference in the BMI among 5 time points after treatment(P>0.05).But in the combination group,the BMI at each time point after treatment was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Chayin Fang combined with low-or medium-calorie diet can obtain a good clinical efficacy for the patients with postpartum obesity of spleen and kidney yang deficiency.%目的 观察茶饮方联合中低热量饮食治疗脾肾阳虚型产后肥胖患者的临床疗效.方法 将90例脾肾阳虚型产后肥胖患者分为茶饮方组、联合组及饮食组各30例,分别给予茶饮方口服、茶饮方联合中低热量饮食、单纯中低热量饮食治疗,疗程均为8周.治疗结束后观察各组疗效,比较3组患者治疗前后体重、腰围、臀围、基础代谢率、内脏脂肪指数、身体脂肪率,于治疗前、治疗结束后以及治疗后3个月、6个月、9个月比较3组患者的体质指数(BMI).结果 联合组治疗有效率为83.3%,高于茶饮方组(60.7%)及饮食组(51.7%)(P<0.05).治疗后,联合组的体重、腰围、臀围、身体脂肪率、内脏脂肪指数均小于或低于治疗前及其他两组(P<0.05),而基础代谢率高于治疗前及其他两组(P<0.05).治疗后各时间点,联合组的BMI均低于其他两组(P<0.05);饮食组和茶饮组治疗后5个时间点的BMI比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),联合组治疗后各时间点的BMI均低于治疗前水平(P<0.05).结论 采用茶饮方联合中低热量饮食治疗脾肾阳虚型产后肥胖患者具有较好的临床效果.
