瑶医猛老虎汤治疗慢性病毒性乙型肝炎的临床疗效

摘要

Objective To explore the clinical effects of Yao medicine of Menglaohu Decoction on chronic type B viral hepatitis.Methods Eighty patients with chronic type B viral hepatitis were divided into observation group and control group using random number table,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with the routine hepatoprotection therapy.The observation group and control group were orally administered Menglaohu Decoction and entecavir,respectively,on the basis of routine hepatoprotection therapy.The liver function indices,clinical efficacy,HBV-DNA level,HBeAg seroconversion rate and the incidence rate of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups after 6 months of treatment.Results After treatment,the levels of ALT,AST and TBIL decreased significantly but the ratio of albumin to globulin(A/G) increased significantly in the observation group(P<0.05),the levels of ALT and TBIL decreased significantly in the control group(P<0.05),but no significant changes were found in the AST and A/G compared to the pretreatment(P>0.05),and the levels of ALT and TBIL were significantly lower but the AST and A/G were significantly higher in the observation group compared to the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(87.5% vs.70.0%;P<0.05),and the total effective rate of the observation group was superior to that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference in the HBeAg seroconversion rate between the two groups (P>0.05).After treatment,the HBV-DNA level was significantly lower than the level before treatment in both groups(P<0.05),and the level of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion For patients with chronic type B viral hepatitis,Yao medicine of Menglaohu Decoction can effectively improve patients' liver function,reduce the HBV-DNA level,improve the clinical efficacy,and obtain higher safety.%目的 探讨瑶医猛老虎汤治疗慢性病毒性乙型肝炎的临床疗效.方法 将80例慢性病毒性乙型肝炎患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各40例.两组均给予常规护肝治疗,观察组及对照组在常规护肝治疗基础上分别加服猛老虎汤、恩替卡韦.治疗6个月后,对比两组肝功能指标、临床疗效、HBV-DNA水平、HBeAg转阴率、不良反应发生率.结果 治疗后,观察组ALT、AST、TBIL均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),白蛋白与球蛋白比值(A/G)明显高于治疗前(P<0.05);对照组ALT、TBIL均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),但AST、A/G与治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组ALT、TBIL明显低于对照组(P<0.05),AST、A/G明显高于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后观察组的总有效率为87.5%,高于对照组的70.0%,观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后两组HBeAg转阴率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组HBV-DNA水平均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组HBV-DNA水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 采用瑶医猛老虎汤治疗慢性病毒性乙型肝炎能改善患者的肝功能、降低HBV-DNA水平、提高临床疗效,且安全性较高.
