结论 分娩启动可能是通过提高剖宫产新生儿儿茶酚胺水平从而降低呼吸反射异常风险.%Objective To explore the impacts of labor onset and Apgar score on umbilical blood catecholamine level of neonatal neonates born by cesarean delivery. Methods A total of 80 full-term neonates born by cesarean delivery were divided into labor onset group and non-labor onset group, with 40 cases in each group. The levels of norepinephrine, epinephrine and dopamine in umbilical blood, and neonatal Apgar scores were compared between the two groups. And the levels of norepinephrine, epinephrine and dopamine in umbilical blood were analyzed in neonates with different Apgar scores. Results The levels of norepinephrine, epinephrine and dopamine in umbilical artery and venous blood, and neonatal Apgar scores in the labor onset group were higher than those in the non-labor onset group(P<0.05).The levels of norepinephrine, epinephrine and dopamine in umbilical artery and venous blood in the neonates with respiratory diseases were lower than those in the normal neonates(P<0.05).Conclusion Labor onset may reduce the risk of respiratory reflection abnormality by increasing the catecholamine levels in the neonates born by cesarean delivery.
