社区老年妇女生命意义与活跃老化的相关性研究

摘要

Objective To investigate the correlation of life meaning and the active aging in aged community -dwelling female . Methods A face to face questionnaire survey of meaning of life and active aging was conducted among 198 women aged 65 to 80 years in Taoyuan South Community ,Qingxiu District , Nanning City by simple random sampling .Results One hundred and ninety-eight cases of aged women made a score of (4.22 ±1.09) in the meaning of life scale ,in which the life value score was highest .The score of active aging scale was(4.17 ±0.33),in which score of the activity of body was highest .Pearson analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between the meaning of life and active aging ( P<0 .05 ) .Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that economic conditions and the meaning of life were the influence factors of active aging .Conclusion There is a positive correlation between the meaning of life and active aging among the aged community-dwelling female ,indicating that it is of significant meaning to enhance the identity for the meaning of life,improve the quality of life,and make sure a positive active aging for aged community-dwelling female.%目的：探讨社区老年妇女生命意义与活跃老化的相关性。方法采用简单随机取样方法，对南宁市青秀区桃源南社区198名老年妇女进行生命意义量表、活跃老化量表调查。结果198名老年妇女生命意义量表得分为（4．22±1．09）分，其中以生命价值得分最高；活跃老化量表得分为（4．17±0．33）分，其中以身体活动得分最高（P＜0．05）。 Pearson相关分析示，社区老年妇女生命意义与活跃老化呈正相关（ P＜0．001）；多元逐步回归分析示，经济状况、生命意义是影响社区老年妇女活跃老化的因素。结论社区老年妇女生命意义与活跃老化有明显相关性，提升社区老年妇女对生命意义的认同感，以提高其生活质量，使老年妇女拥有正向的活跃老化具有重要意义。
