'互联网+'健康管理干预模式在脑卒中高危人群中的应用效果

         

摘要

目的 探讨"互联网+"健康管理干预模式在脑卒中高危人群中的应用效果.方法 选择211名具有脑卒中高危因素者,采用"互联网+"健康管理干预模式对其进行干预,对比干预前后生活方式、膳食结构、血压及生化指标的变化.结果 干预后,吸烟、饮酒、锻炼时间短、口味偏咸、口味偏油、不吃蔬菜、不吃水果、不喝牛奶或酸奶者比例均下降(P<0.05),除糖化血红蛋白外,研究对象的血压及其他各生化指标均较干预前改善(P<0.05).结论 "互联网+"健康管理干预模式可以有效改善脑卒中高危人群的生活方式、膳食结构及生化指标对脑卒中防治具有一定意义.%Objective To explore the effect of "Internet Plus"-based health management intervention model applied to high-risk population of stroke. Methods A total of 211 subjects with high-risk of stroke were selected. The intervention was performed in the subjects using"Internet Plus"-based health management intervention model.The living style,dietary pattern,blood pressure and biochemical indexes of the subjects before and after intervention were compared. Results After intervention,the proportions of smoking,alcohol consumption,more salt intake,more oily foods intake,no vegetables intake,no fruits intake,and no milk or yoghurt intake decreased (P<0.05),and except for glycosylated hemoglobin,all biochemical indexes and blood pressure were improved compared to those before intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion "Internet Plus"-based health management intervention model can effectively improve the living style,dietary pattern and biochemical indexes of high-risk population of stroke,which has a certain significance in the prevention and treatment of stroke.
