贴扎治疗对脑卒中后偏瘫患者静态立位平衡的影响

摘要

Objective To explore the effect of kinesio taping technique on the balance of hemiplegic patients due to stroke during static upright posture.Methods Thirty patients with hemiplegia due to stroke were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 15 cases in each group. Both groups received conventional rehabilitation training,and the experimental group also received kinesio taping.Before and after treatment,both groups accepted balance test,and the parameters of opening and closing the eyes for 30 seconds were measured,mainly including the general locus length(GLL),envelope area(Env.Area) and offset distances on the X axis and Y axis(MX and MY) when weight shift. Results After treatment,the GLL and Env. Aera when opening and closing the eyes were improved in both groups compared to the previous,the GLL when opening the eyes and the GLL and Env.Area when closing the eyes in the experimental group were less than those in the control group(all P0.05).Conclusion Kinesio taping technique can improve the balance of hemiplegic patients due to stroke during static upright posture.%目的 探讨贴扎治疗对脑卒中后偏瘫患者静态立位平衡的影响.方法 选取30名脑卒中后偏瘫患者随机分为试验组和对照组各15例,两组患者均给予常规康复训练,试验组同时给予肌效贴布治疗.治疗前后两组患者均进行平衡测试,检测睁眼和闭眼30 s的参数,主要包括重心移动总轨迹长(GLL)、外周面积(Env.Area)、X轴和Y轴上的偏移距离(MX、MY).结果 治疗后两组睁眼及闭眼时的GLL、Env.Area均较前改善,而试验组患者睁眼时的GLL、闭眼时的GLL及Env.Area均少于对照组(均P0.05).结论 贴扎治疗可以改善脑卒中后偏瘫患者的静态立位平衡能力.
