老年糖尿病患者疲乏感的现状调查及影响因素分析

摘要

目的 了解老年糖尿病患者疲乏感的现状并分析其影响因素.方法 选取252例老年糖尿病患者,采用问卷调查其一般情况及疲乏状况,并分析影响老年糖尿病患者疲乏的因素.结果 共回收240份合格问卷.240例老年糖尿病患者疲乏量表总分为(8.78 ± 3.46)分,其中躯体疲乏得分为(5.68 ± 2.34)分、脑力疲乏得分为(3.10 ± 1.73)分,疲乏者占74.6% (179/240).多因素分析结果显示,并发症数和文化程度是影响老年糖尿病患者疲乏程度的因素(均P<0.05).结论 老年糖尿病患者中疲乏者比例较高,其中并发症多、文化程度低的老年糖尿病患者疲乏程度严重.%Objective To investigate the current status and influencing factors of fatigue among elderly patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 252 elderly patients with diabetes mellitus were enrolled.A questionnaire survey on the general information and fatigue status of the patients was conducted to analyze the influencing factors of fatigue in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus. Results A total of 240 qualified questionnaires were recycled.For the 240 elderly diabetic patients,the total score of fatigue scale was 8.78 ± 3.46,the score for physical fatigue was 5.68 ± 2.34 and for mental fatigue was 3.10 ± 1.73,and the fatigue cases accounted for 74.6%(179/240).The results of multivariate analysis showed that the number of complications and educational level were the influence factors of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus (P<0.05).Conclusion The proportion of fatigue cases is quite higher among elderly patients with diabetes mellitus.The elderly diabetic patients with more complications and low education level suffer severe fatigue.
