以文化为内核的特色村寨遴选指标体系研究

摘要

The construction of ethnic featured stockaded village aims to protect and inherit the culture of ethnic minorities, but in the actual operation, the core of ethnic culture has not yet been highlighted.It is found that the reason of cultural imbalance in village construction is the absence of selection system, parts of the villages do not possess the qualifications of the ethnic featured stockaded village through reviewing the construction of villages in the recent years. In order to select a group of ethnic featured stockaded villages with abundant cultural foundation and great potential for protection and by taking culture as the core, this paper tries to establish an index system for selection of featured villages which includes 4 first levels of indi-cators, e.g.national cultural stock, value of the national culture, conditions for transformation of national culture, subject benefit from national culture, 23 second level indicators, and 60 three level indicators.%特色村寨建设要以民族文化保护传承为根本目的，但在实际操作中，民族文化内核尚未凸显。通过对近几年村寨建设反思发现文化失衡的原因在于缺少村寨建设遴选体系，部分村寨不具备特色村寨的资质。本文以文化为核心构建特色村寨遴选指标体系，主要包括民族文化存量、民族文化价值、民族文化转化条件、民族文化主体受益四个一级指标，23个二级指标，60个三级指标，旨在筛选出一批文化底蕴深厚、保护潜力大的特色村寨。
