侗寨水资源利用的影响因素分析--以湖南通道独坡乡上岩坪寨为例

摘要

The actual ways of water resource exploitation are different from the traditional ones in the Shangyanping village of Tongdao Dong Autonomous County, Hunan.The factors influencing the water re-source exploitation involve population, management and technology that can be served as either a hindrance or impetus.In solving problems of the use of water power in the specified village, the return to the ecologi-cal system in which human beings and water coexist is the conceptual standard which we must stick to in settling the conflicts between humans and water resources.%位于湖南省通道侗族自治县独坡乡的上岩坪寨，水资源的现实利用方式与传统利用方式存在不同。侗寨水资源利用的影响因素有人口因素、管理因素、技术因素，这些因素既是桎梏，又是动力。针对当下侗寨水资源利用过程中出现的一些问题，回归侗族人与水共生共存的生态系统，应该是解决当下人与水资源矛盾必须坚持的观念本位。
