整体观下探析中医个体化病因

摘要

The cause of disease are flexible and varies with each individuals , and through clinical observations , we realize that we can not equate the objective cause to the real cause which ‘Shen Zheng Qiu Yin ’---‘Determination of etiologic factors based on differentiation ’ requires, that is, the individualized causes in traditional Chinese medicine . With deep analysis and research , we can find that“Conghua”---transformation in accord with constitution , and the strength of healthy qi of the body are the important reasons which makes the objective cause turn to individualized cause in TCM .So only if we take a holistic concept as guiding ideology to search the causes of disease, then we are able to grasp the individual etiology objectively and accurately , and use them guides our clinical treatment .%病因灵活多变，因人而异的，结合临床的实践观察结果，可知不能将客观病因机械的等同于“审证求因”所要推求的病因，即中医个体化病因。深入分析和探究，可知“从化”和机体的正气强弱情况是客观病因转化为中医个体化病因的重要原因。临床实践中唯有以中医学整体观念为指导思想，推求病因，才能相对客观、准确的把握个体化病因，指导临床施治。
