中医院护理人员“三基”培训考核的探讨

摘要

目的：探讨对中医院护理人员进行中医“三基”培训考核以提高护理人员的“三基”理论水平。方法通过原因分析，找出问题根源，采取一系列针对性措施进行培训及考核。结果全体护士的“三基”理论水平明显提高，全院平均分从63．58分提高到82．69分，不及格率由40．26％降到3．64％。结论“三基”理论培训及考核只要方法得当、措施有力，就能有效提高护理人员的“三基”理论水平。%Objective To discuss how to improve the oretical level of “three-basic” by the “three-basic” training and examination of paramedic inTraditional Chinese Medicine.Method By causing analysis, we found out the essential issues, and took a series of measures for training and assessment.Result:The theoretical level of“three-basic” of TCM hospital improved obviously.The average score increased from 63.58 to 82.69, and the qualified rate from 40.26% fall to 3.64%.Conclusion The “three-basic” training and examination can effectively improve the paramedic’ s theoretical level of“three-basic”.
