综合疗法治疗激光损伤后期色素沉着的临床疗效观察

摘要

目的：观察综合疗法治疗激光损伤后期色素沉着的临床疗效。方法将40例激光损伤患者随机分为治疗组20例和对照组20例。治疗组采用针刺联合左旋维C导入和中药面膜外敷的方法，对照组采用左旋维C导入和中药面膜外敷的方法。结果治疗组总有效率85％，对照组总有效率60％，两组临床总有效率经统计学分析，有显著性差异（ P＜0．05），治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组。结论综合疗法治疗激光损伤后期色素沉着安全有效。%ObjectiveToobservetheclinicalefficacyoflaserdamagelaterpigmentcalmofcombinedtherapy.Method 40casesoflaser injury were randomly divided into treatment group with 20 cases and control group with 20 cases.The treatment group were treated with acupuncture combined with L-dimensional C import and topical medicine mask.The control group were used the L-dimensional C import and topical medicine mask.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 85%.The total effective rate of comparison group was 60%. Two groups of clinical total effective rate of the statistical analysis, there were significant differences ( P <0.05 ).Conclusion Comprehensive treatment of laser damage later pigmentation is safe and effective.
