运用中医手法促进剖宫产术后早期母乳喂养成功的临床观察

摘要

Objective To investigate the effect of auricular point sticking combine with breast massage to promote early lactation and reduce breast’spainfullyswollenaftercesareansection.Methods 53casesofmaternalweredividedinto2groupsrandomly:26casesin experimental group and 27 cases in control group.Breast were nursed with conventional methods and guidance breast feeding in control group.The experimental group were not only used the routine nursing care, but also used of auricular point sticking after back to the ward immediately, and begin breast massage in 6 hours.We observed the two groups of the beginning time of lactation, milk sufficient time and galactostasis, neonatal weight and so on.Results Clinical trials showed that the scores of lactation time, milk sufficient time, reduce weight loss were superior to the control group, and had greatly statistical significance ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion Auricular point sticking combine with breast massage can advance lactation time, shorten the milk sufficient time, reduce galactostasis and the range of neonatal physiological weight loss, elevate the success rate of exclusive breast feeding.%目的：探讨剖宫产术后早期耳穴压豆配合乳房按摩对促进产妇早泌乳减轻乳胀的效果。方法将53例产妇随机分为实验组（26例）和对照组（27例）。对照组按常规方法护理乳房并指导母乳喂养，实验组除了常规护理方法外于术后回病房即行耳穴压豆、6h后开始进行乳房按摩。观察两组泌乳始动时间、乳房充足及乳汁淤积情况、新生儿体重等指标。结果观察组泌乳始动时间、乳量充足时间、减少体重下降幅度情况等均优于对照组（ P＜0．05），经统计学处理两组有显著差异，具有统计学意义。结论耳穴压豆配合乳房按摩可以提前产妇泌乳始动时间、缩短乳量充足时间减轻乳房淤积、降低新生儿生理性体重下降幅度，提高纯母乳喂养成功率。
