中西医结合治疗急性水肿型胰腺炎61例临床观察

摘要

目的：观察中西医结合治疗61例急性水肿型胰腺炎患者的临床疗效。方法2009年1月—2015年8月选取我院消化内科及普外科确诊的急性水肿型胰腺炎121例，随机分为对照组60例和治疗组61例。对照组给予哌替啶镇痛、丁溴东莨菪碱解痉，抗感染、抗休克、抗反流、抑制胰酶分泌、促进胃肠动力及营养支持等治疗；治疗组在上述治疗基础上，加用中药灌肠、口服或胃管注入中药后闭管。每日1剂，中药150mL口服或经胃管注入后闭管1小时，新斯的明足三里注射半小时后予中药200ml保留灌肠。结果治疗组与对照组分别显效42例、31例；有效17例、24例；无效2例、5例。结论急性水肿型胰腺炎患者中西医结合治疗较单纯西医治疗，治疗时间缩短，治愈率明显提高。%Objective To investigate the clinical effect of combination therapy of therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of acute edematous pancreatitis .Methods 121 cases from gastroenterology and general surgery of our hospital between January 2009 and August 2015 were taken as subjects .The acute edematous pancreatitis patients were randomly divided into treatment group of 61patients and the control group of 60 patients.The control group was given treatment such as meperidine analgesic , antispasmodic Ding bromine scopolamine , anti-infective, anti-shock, anti-reflux, inhibition of pancreatic secretion , and promotes gastrointestinal motility and nutritional support . Treatment group received enema , oral or gastric tube into the closed tube after medicine on the basis of the control group .Patients received the treatment with each day after Chinese medicine 150mL oral or gastric tube into the closed tube 1 hour, neostigmine Tsusanli half hours after injection to 200ml TCM retention enema.Results In the treatment group, 42 cases were cured, 17 cases were effective 17 cases, and 2 cases were invalid.In the control group, 31 cases were cured, 24 cases were effective 17 cases, and 5 cases were invalid.Conclusion Therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of acute edematous pancreatitis was better than single Western medicine treatment , it canshorten the treatment time, and improve the cure rate significantly.
