生脉注射液治疗气阴两虚型糖尿病临床观察

摘要

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shengmai injection in the treatment of diabetes of qi and yin deficiency .Methods 100 cases of patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group , and two groups adopt conventional foundation treatment . The treatment group also used Shengmai injection .The course of treatment was 2 weeks.Before and after treatment , the clinical syndrome integral, fasting blood glucose (FBG), 2h postprandial blood glucose (2hBG) and fasting insulin (FINS) level were observed, and the indexes of insulin sensitivity ( ISI ) and homeostasis model assessment of secretion function of pancreas islet βcell ( HOMA-IS ) were calculated.Results After treatment, FBG and 2hBG of the two groups were decreased , the HOMA-IS and ISI of the two groups were increased, and the treatment group increased more obviously (P<0.05).After treatment, syndrome integral of the two groups decreased , and the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Shengmai injection can obviously improve the clinical syndrome of patients with type 2 diabetes of qi and yin deficiency , promote insulin secretion , increase insulin sensitivity, and has no clinical adverse reaction .%目的：观察生脉注射液治疗气阴两虚型糖尿病的临床效果。方法将100例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，两组均采用常规基础治疗，治疗组加用生脉注射液，疗程为2周。观察两组患者治疗前后临床证候积分、空腹血糖（ FBG）、餐后2h血糖（2hBG）、空腹胰岛素（FINS）水平，并计算胰岛素敏感指数（ISI）及胰岛β细胞分泌功能指数（HOMA-IS）。结果治疗后两组患者FBG、2hBG均较治疗前有所下降，HOMA-IS和ISI较治疗前有所升高，治疗组升高更明显（ P＜0.05）。两组患者治疗后证候积分均下降，治疗组治疗后效果更优于对照组（ P＜0.05）。结论生脉注射液可明显改善2型糖尿病气阴两虚证患者的临床证候表现，并能促进胰岛素分泌，增加胰岛素的敏感性，临床无不良反应。
