脑卒中是危害人类健康的常见病、多发病，时常伴发情感障碍，其中，卒中后抑郁（post stroke depression，PSD）最常见。据报道，在所有卒中患者中，PSD的发病率为22％～60％[1]。近年来，随着卒中后抑郁发病率的不断升高，中医在治疗该病方面取得了长足的发展，其疗效也逐渐得到显现。因此，总结我们取得的重要成绩，对今后发现不足以及进行更深入的探索有着重要的指导意义。现将前辈做出的努力简单阐述如下。%Stroke is a common disease which is harmful to human health .It is often associated with affective disorder , among which post stroke depression is the most common .According to the report , the incidence of PSD in all patients with stroke was 22%to 60%.In recent years, Chinese medicine in the treatment of post stroke depression has made great progress .Therefore, it is important to summarize the important achievements we have made , and have important guiding significance for the future research and further exploration .The efforts made by the seniors are briefly described as follows .
