经济状况对农村地区脑卒中后抑郁影响的现状研究

摘要

目的探讨当前农村地区脑卒中后抑郁(PSD)的影响因素及经济状况对PSD的影响.方法 通过问卷调查的方式对全县20个乡镇随机抽取的650例脑卒中患者按年收入状况及年医疗费用支出等经济状况进行统计分析,并与年龄、性别、病程、文化程度、家庭关系、社会心理因素、神经功能缺损程度、日常生活自理能力(ADL)、病灶侧性及病灶性质等可能导致PSD的相关因素进行对照研究,之后采用多模式诊断方法对经济状况以及可能导致PSD的脑卒中患者进行评定.结果 在该项研究中农村地区PSD 的发生率为 60.2%;性别、家庭关系、社会心理因素、ADL、神经功能缺损与PSD有关,经济状况和病程与PSD无关.结论 目前农民经济状况不是导致农村地区PSD的影响因素.%Objective To investigate the current influence fart ore and economic eflects on post-stroke depression( PSD )in rural areas. Methods A questionnaire survey was done on 650 randomly selected stroke cases from 20 villages and towns of the county, statistics of family annual income and medical expenditure, and the comparison with age,gender,disease duration, educational level,family relationship, social and psychological factors, the degree of neural function delect, self-care ability of daily life( ADL ) , the side of the lesion and lesion nature which may lead to PSD were analyzed,then multimodal diagnostic method was used to assess the economic status and stroke patients which may develop PSD. Results Incidence of PSD in the study was 60.2%. Gender,family relationship,psychosocial factors, ADL, neurological deficit were associated with PSD,economic status and the course of disease were not correlated with PSD. Conclusion At present farmer economic condition is not an influencing factor of PSD in rural areas.
