34例消癌止痛散穴位贴敷止癌痛的护理临床观察

摘要

Objective To observe the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing of Xiaoai Zhitong powder on cancer pain . Methods Xiaoai Zhitong powder was made into ointment for acupoint sticking .The medicine was cleaned up after 3 or 4 hours, once a day, 15 days as a period of treatment .Results 3 cases were completely relief from cancer pain and related symptoms , 10 cases were obvious relief, 10 cases were moderate relief, 11 cases were invalid, and the total effective rate was 67.64% (P <0.01).Conclusion The external application of Xiaoai Zhitong powder on cancer pain is significantly effective , and it can reduce patients ’ cancer pain .%目的：观察消癌止痛散中医特色护理技术对癌性疼痛患者的疗效。方法将消癌止痛散制作成膏剂穴位贴敷，3～4小时后洗去药物，每日1次，15天为一疗程。结果癌痛及相关症状完全缓解3例、明显缓解10例、轻度缓解10例、无效11例，总有效率67．64％（P＜0．01）。结论消癌止痛散外用治疗癌性疼痛，疗效明显，可减轻患者的癌性疼痛。
