Objective To study the clinical effect of acupuncture comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese medicine on ankylosing spondylitis.Methods In our hospital from September 2011 to September 2016, 97 cases of patients with ankylosing spondylitis were selected as the research objects.Patients were given acupuncture comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.The therapeutic effect was evaluated.The evaluation index included morning stiffness, spinal mobility, thoracic activity etc.Results After treatment, 2 cases were invalid, 33 cases were effective, 62 cases were cured, and the total effective rate was 97.94%.After treatment, the time of morning stiffness, hip from thoracic activity and spinal activity was better than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment, physiological function, body pain, general health, social function, emotional function, mental health and vitality scores were higher than those before treatment, and there was statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion The acupuncture comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese medicine on ankylosing spondylitis has ideal clinical effect, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, and is worthy of application.%目的 研究分析中医针灸综合治疗对强直性脊柱炎患者的临床效果.方法 选择本院2011年9月-2016年9月接收的强直性脊柱炎患者97例作为研究对象,采用中医针灸综合治疗方法对所有患者进行治疗,评价患者治疗效果,评价指标包括患者治疗后晨僵时间、脊柱活动度、胸腔活动度等.结果 患者经过治疗后,2例无效,33例有效,62例显效,治疗总有效率为97.94%;患者治疗后晨僵时间、臀地距、胸廓活动度、脊柱活动度优于治疗前,数据差异较大,有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者治疗后生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、总体健康、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康、活力评分均高于治疗前,有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 中医针灸综合治疗对强直性脊柱炎患者治疗的临床效果较理想,可有效改善患者的临床症状,值得应用.
