目的 研究讨论健脾起痿汤配合负压吸引治疗阳痿的疗效.方法 将68例阳痿患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组34例,运用健脾起痿汤配合负压吸引治疗;对照组34例, 口服盐酸伐地那非配合负压吸引治疗.两组治疗都以一个月为1个疗程.结果 一个疗程后,治疗组34例,治愈10例,显效12例,有效8例,无效4例,总有效率88.2%;对照组34例,治愈2例,显效8例,有效14例,无效10例,总有效率70.6%.两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组疗效明显优于对照组.结论 健脾起痿汤配合负压吸引治疗阳痿疗效显著,尤其治疗效果的稳定性明显优于伐地那非组.%Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Jianpi Qiwei decoction combined with vacuum erectile device (VED) in the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED).Methods 68 cases of ED patients were randomly divided into control group (n=34) and treatment group (n=34).In the control group, patients were treated with vardenafil hydrochloride and VED, while the treatment group was treated with Jianpi Qiwei decoction and VED.Each group was treated for one month.Results After one-month treatment, in the control group, 2 cases were cured, 8 cases were markedly effective, 14 cases were effective, 10 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 70.6%.And in the treatment group, 10 cases were cured, 12 cases were markedly effective, 8 cases were effective, 4 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 88.2%.The curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Qiwei decoction and VED in the treatment of ED has significantly therapeutic effect, which is superior to the vardenafil.
