桂枝加葛根汤配合中药熏蒸治疗风寒湿型颈性眩晕48例

Objective To summarize the clinical effect of Guizhi Gegent decoction combined with Chinese herbal medicine fumigation in the treatment of wind-cold-dampness cervical vertigo for 48 cases, and to research the mechanism and recipe-medicines selection rules of Guizhi Gegent decoction combined with Chinese herbal medicine fumigation in the treatment of wind -cold-dampness cervical vertigo according to syndrome differentiation .Methods Guizhi Gegent decoction combined with Chinese herbal medicine fumigation was used to treat wind -cold-dampness cervical vertigo for 48 cases.Results The cured rate was 91.7%, the improved rate was 4.2%, the invalid rate was 4.2%, and the total effective rate was 95.8%.Conclusion Guizhi Gegent decoction combined with Chinese herbal medicine fumigation in the treatment of wind-cold-dampness cervical vertigo is effective , and adapts to the high incidence of cervical patients in the modern society .%目的：探讨桂枝加葛根汤配合中药熏蒸治疗风寒湿型颈性眩晕48例临床疗效、辨证论治机理、方药选用规律。方法运用桂枝加葛根汤配合中药熏蒸治疗风寒湿型颈性眩晕48例。结果治愈率91．7％，好转率4．2％，无效率4．2％，总有效率为95．8％。结论桂枝加葛根汤配合中药熏蒸治疗风寒湿型颈性眩晕确切有效，适应运用于现代社会逐渐高发的颈椎病人群。
