提高罗定江流域中小河流防洪减灾能力的对策

摘要

Luoding river basin is one of the areas which are threatened by flood.Without effective measure, the flood disaster oc-curred frequently, which seriously restricts the sustainable economic development and social stability.Based on the cause analysis for flood in Luoding river basin in Yunfu, the engineering and non-engineering measures, including flood protection, flood storage, flood detention and flood control, to enhance the ability in flood control and disaster reduction for small and middle size rivers are put forward.%罗定江流域是受洪水威胁较为严重的区域之一，由于得不到有效的综合治理，洪涝灾害频繁发生，严重制约着当地经济社会的持续发展。通过对罗定江流域洪涝灾害的成因分析，提出了“蓄洪、排洪、挡洪、避洪”工程措施和非工程措施等提高中小河流防洪减灾能力的对策。
