晚间护理干预对肝硬化消化道出血患者疗效的影响

摘要

Objective To observe the effect of nursing intervention on patients with liver cirrhosis and gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods 66 cases with liver cirrhosis and gastrointestinal bleeding in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2014 were retrospectively analysed.They were divided into two group (33 cases in each group) according to the different nursing program.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing, while patiennts in the research group were given the evening nursing.The clinic effect and recovery situation of two groups were compared.Results The bleeding times and stop bleeding time of the Study Group were less than that of the control group ( P <0.05 ); The total efficiency of the research group was higher than that of the control group ( P<0.05) .Conclusion The evening nursing intervention can effectively improve the clinical efficacy, reduce the number of bleeding, and shorten the bleeding time in patients with liver cirrhosis and gastrointestinal bleeding.It is worthy of clinical application.%目的：观察晚间护理干预对肝硬化消化道出血患者疗效的影响。方法回顾性分析佛山市第一人民医院2010年1月—2014年12月收治的肝硬化消化道出血患者66例，按照不同的护理方案分为两组（各33例），对照组予以常规护理，研究组予以晚间护理干预，比较两组护理后恢复情况及临床疗效。结果研究组出血次数与停止出血时间比对照组低（ P＜0.05）；研究组总有效率比对照组高（ P＜0.05）。结论晚间护理干预应用于肝硬化消化道出血患者，可有效提高临床疗效，降低出血次数，并缩短停止出血时间，值得临床推广应用。
