船位监控系统在水政监察执法船舶上的应用

本文介绍了船位监控系统的组成及功能，并根据水政监察执法船的特点，从通信链路及监控终端的选取、工作流程、费用估算等方面进行了阐述，给出了一套适合其使用需求的船位监控系统。%This paper describes the composition and functions of ship position monitoring system and proposes an appropriate ship position monitoring system for water administration ship after analyzing the selection of communication link and supervised terminal, workflow and expense estimation etc.
