Under the condition of the market downturn, ship owners can choose to add the solid bulk cargoes which compliance for the carriage to realize the purpose of increasing proiftability. This article introduces the method how to get the notation“BC-C”.%在船舶货运市场不景气的环境下，为提高船舶的使用效率，增加可运货物的种类，船东拟让部分干货船增加装运散货功能，申请BC-C的散货船协调标志。
