折叠推转轴法兰中线定位划线工艺

摘要

Swing-up azimuth thruster is a new type of DP equipment for PSV with high installation accuracy and complex structure. This paper introduces a method of locating the shaft flange centerline of swing-up Azimuth thruster designed by Rolls-Royce for UT771WP series vessel by using total station to measure 3D coordinate values.%折叠推是海工辅助船的新型动力定位装置，其安装精度要求高且结构复杂。本文以Rolls-Royce设计的UT771 WP系列船型的折叠推为例，介绍利用全站仪三维坐标值测量法定位折叠推转轴枢法兰轴线的工艺。
