米非司酮对晚孕引产大白鼠脑组织超微结构的影响

         

摘要

Objective To study the effects of mifepristone on the cerebral ultrastructure of trimester pregnant rats. Methods 10 pregnant rats were divided into an experimental group (n=5) and a control group (n=5) randomly. At the 20th day of gestation, the experimental rats were given 1ml of sesame oil and (11.5±1) mg of mifespristone, while the control rats were given sesame oil only. After labour, the cortical tissues of the right parieto-cerebrum were taken for TEM observation. Results Compared with the control group, the experimental group showed following morphological changes: ① Neuron swelled and membranous cytoplosmic organellae decreased; ② Dendrites and axons were partially damaged and major dense lines of myelin sheath were seperated; ③ Synaptic connections decreased and interstitiums swelled; ④ Neurogliocytes also swelled. Mitochonidria in capillary epithelial cells puffed and the extracellular matrixes of capillaries widened. Conclusion Mifespristone induces ischemia-hypoxia changes in cerebrums of female rats.%目的 探讨米非司酮引产对母鼠脑组织超微结构的影响。方法 将10只孕鼠随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各5只。孕20 d给予实验组母鼠灌服米非司酮(11.5±1)mg加麻油1 ml引产,对照组灌服麻油1 ml。产后取母鼠右侧大脑顶叶皮质组织进行电镜观察。结果 与对照组相比实验组母鼠脑组织可见:①神经细胞肿胀,膜性细胞器减少;②神经毡局部有破坏,髓鞘暗板分离;③突触连接减少,间质水肿;④神经胶质细胞肿胀,毛细血管上皮内线粒体肿胀,外膜胶质屏障增宽。结论 米非司酮可造成母鼠脑组织缺血缺氧性损害。
