《城市公园规划与设计规范》编制和实施情况剖析

摘要

The Guangzhou Landscaping administrative departments had organized and prepared a series of technical specifications in the last decade. However, the implementation of these specifications is not satisfactory. This article focuses on a general analysis about the compilation and implementation of the Code for City Park Planning and Design, which centralized the views of many experts who come from government departments, universities and design units. These views are based on the rigorous process of compilation of the Code.This article also proposes a solution to the problem which caused during the implementation process of the Code.Furthermore, Governments' support and promotion is the key to solve the problem of the implementation of these specifications.%最近十年，广州市园林绿化行政主管部门组织编制了10多部园林绿化系列技术规范，但实施情况并不理想。文章选取其中的《城市公园规划与设计规范》，对其编制和实施情况进行概括性的剖析。依据规范编制的严谨流程，提出《规范》是集中了相关政府部门、大专院校、设计单位专家智慧结晶的观点。并针对《规范》实施存在的问题，提出解决问题的建议，并指出政府部门的大力支持和积极推动是解决技术规范实施问题的关键。
