利用吊装架吊装发电机定子

摘要

The traditional method of putting generator stator onto locationis using two overhead cranes for lifting. However, the generator stator in Zhuhai Power Station is so heavy that the cranes must be remodeled and the main structure of the steam turbine house reconstructed, which will not only increase the costs but also influence the construction schedule. Based on analysis and study, the use of hanger frame is determined. The method is used in China for the first time; its effectiveness and remarkable economic benefits are shown by the satisfactory application results.%传统吊装发电机定子就位的方法是用2台行车抬吊，但珠海发电厂的发电机定子较重，须重新对行车进行改装，同时加固厂房基础和改建汽机房，才能满足工作要求，这样，一方面加大电厂建设成本，另一方面又影响施工工期。经分析和探讨，决定使用吊装架吊装发电机定子。该方法在国内尚属首次使用，实践结果说明这种吊装定子的方法可行、经济效益又非常显著。
