南方电网首条海底电缆专用隧道之难点与创新

         

摘要

介绍了南方电网首条海底电缆专用隧道———220 kV华能汕头电厂至汕头市区月浦变电站电缆隧道工程建设情况及实施难点,针对工程施工地质条件复杂的特点,采用了内径为2.9m 的盾构隧道,并创新采用了海上冰冻法、全断面高气压法施工。海上冰冻法成功解决了工程隧道盾构机进水的问题,克服了海上钢平台搭设困难、冻结管搭设遇石块阻碍等难题;全断面高气压法不仅提高了盾构推进速度,而且有效控制了盾构坡度。海上冰冻法、全断面高气压法的应用保证了隧道建设的顺利完工。%This paper introduces construction situation and implementation difficulty of cable tunnel engineering of 220 kV Huaneng Shantou power plant to Shantou Yuepu substation which is the first exclusive subsea cable tunnel in southern power grid. Aiming at characteristics of complicated geological conditions,shield tunnel with inner diameter of 2.0 m was adopt-ed,meanwhile,offshore ice-freezing method and whole section high-pressure method was innovatively used for construc-tion. Offshore ice-freezing method successfully solved inflow problem of shield tunneling machine and overcame difficulties such as difficult building of offshore steel platform,rock block obstacle when setting up freezing pipe,and so on. Whole section high-pressure method was successfully used not only in improving advancement speed of shield construction,but also effectively controlling shield gradient. Applications of these two methods ensured smooth completion of tunnel construction.
