智能变电站二次系统典型设计智能辅助方案研究

             

摘要

智能变电站二次回路设计与常规变电站存在差异,二次虚回路设计与虚端子连接、通信链路相关。在标准化设计规范尚不完善的情况下,智能变电站二次系统典型设计水平关系到设计效率及智能变电站技术的推广应用。以装置标准化和间隔标准化为基础建立典型间隔模板库,规范通信图和虚拟回路图设计;基于典型间隔知识库,采用虚端子模糊匹配原理并通过复制应用于工程设计,标准设计规范的导入只需升级知识库。依此方案建立的典型设计智能辅助平台,可显著提高设计水平。%There are differences between designs of secondary circuits of intelligent substation and conventional substation. The secondary virtual circuit is connected with virtual terminal and associated with communication link for the intelligent substation.On occasion of imperfect standardized design criterion,the typical design level of secondary system of intelligent substation is related to design effectiveness and popularization application of intelligent substation technology.Taking device standardization and interval standardization as basis,this paper introduces establishment of typical interval template base which is used to normalize designs of communication diagram and virtual circuit diagram.Based on typical interval knowl-edge base,it uses virtual terminal fuzzy matching principle which is replicated for applying in engineering design to realize import of standard design specification by only upgrading knowledge base.The typical designed intelligent assistant platform established according to this scheme is able to remarkably improve design level.
