In allusion to the problem of low recognition veracity of existing fault diagnosis method for power transmission lines,this paper proposes a kind of new method for fault diagnosis based on fault recording data at both ends of lines,which uses generalized related function as a tool to dig out correlation of recording data at different time periods before and after the fault,and distinguish fault type according to size and change law of generalized correlation factor. If the correlation fac-tor between pre-fault data and post-fault data is great,the fault is diagnosed as instantaneous fault while if the factor is small,the fault is diagnosed as permanent fault. Simulation analysis initially illustrates veracity and reliability of this meth-od. Example of diagnosis on wind dancing fault of Haiwan Ⅰ line further proves effectiveness of this method.%针对现有输电线路故障诊断方法存在识别准确性较低的问题,提出一种基于线路两端故障录波数据的故障类型诊断方法。该方法以录波数据为基础,以广义相关函数为工具,挖掘故障前后不同时间段录波数据的相关性,根据广义相关因数的大小和变化规律来判别故障类型。若故障前的数据与故障后的数据相关因数大,则诊断为瞬时性故障;若故障前的数据与故障后的数据相关因数小,则诊断为永久性故障。通过仿真分析,初步说明该方法的准确性和可靠性;以海万一线风舞故障诊断为实例,进一步证实该方法的有效性。
