基于回复电压法的主变压器绝缘测试分析

摘要

采用回复电压法(return voltage method,RVM)对2台在运110 kV 主变压器进行绝缘状态测试,并将测试结果与常规的频域介电谱法测试结果进行比对,检验回复电压法现场测试的有效性。得出结论：RVM 绝缘测试仪可有效诊断变压器的绝缘状态,且具有接线方便、抗干扰能力强等优点。指出现场测试时应结合被测变压器的实际情况,制定合理的接线方案。%Return voltage method (RVM)is used for testing on insulation of two running 1 10 kV main transformers,and the ac-quired testing result is compared with that of conventional frequency domain dielectric spectroscopy method so as to verify effective-ness of field testing of RVM. Conclusion is that RVM insulation tester is able to effectively diagnose insulating state of the trans-former and has advantages such as convenient connection,strong anti-interfering,and so on. It is pointed out to combine practical situation of the tested transformer to formulate reasonable connection scheme when carrying on field testing.
