机泵群油雾润滑技术在2.0Mt/a常压装置的应用

文章分析了传统的非强制润滑方式的不足,提出了机泵群油雾润滑系统代替非强制润滑的尝试,接着详细介绍油雾润滑系统的基本配置、工作原理、基本组成和各个组成的功能,及在装置上的使用效果,并针对油雾润滑在使用过程中出现的问题,提出改进意见。%The paper analysis of the traditional way of compulsion lubrication shortages,and puts forward some pump group of oil mist lubrication system instead of the forced lubrication to try.Basic configuration,working principle,composition,function as well as the use effect on device of oil mist lubrication technology have been described in great details.Furthermore,suggestions for improvement have been put forward to deal with the problems during the using course of this technology.
