转盘滤池在城镇污水处理厂的应用与研究

摘要

Disc filter treatment process is one of the wastewater treatment technology developed from foreign technology in recent years, which is used to the advanced disposal of wastewater treatment plant. After secondary tank effluent passing through filter cloth, micro sludge particle and suspended solids are hold onto the cloth, and disposed wastewater is discharged or reused. Guangzhou Shijing wastewater treatment plant adopts disc filter. Such filter has some good characteristics which includes compact structure, small water head loss, small area, low operation cost, and etc. After operating for more than two years, we have carried out some defects and weakness, and points out some improvement suggestions.%滤布滤池处理工艺是近几年引进国外技术发展起来的污水处理技术，用于污水处理厂的深度处理。二沉池出水通过滤稚后可直接截留微小颗粒污泥及悬浮物，经过处理的污水直接排如或再利用。广州石井污水处理厂的过滤单元采用滤布滤池，该技术具有结构紧凑、水头损失小、占地面积小、运行成本低等特点。通过两年多的运行，发现了一些存在的缺陷与不足，并提出了改进的建议。
