文章对一步法合成二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)反应条件进行了优化研究,确定了液态二甲胺(DMA)和一氧化碳在溶于甲醇的催化剂甲醇钠作用下,合成反应的最优条件为温度130~145℃、压力为1.0 MPa。在此条件下反应总收率为98%,产品纯度可达99.9%以上。%The paper on the one-step synthesis of Dimethylformamide(DMF) optimized reaction conditions,the study identified a liquid Dimethylamine(DMA) and carbon monoxide in soluble in methanol catalyst role of Sodium Methoxide,synthesis of optimal conditions for temperature of 130~145 ℃,pressure shoube.Under these conditions the total yield response to 98 %,the product of pure can reach 99.9 %.
