谷胱甘肽具有重要的生理功能和医用保健价值,文章介绍了谷胱甘肽的常用生产方法;着重对从发酵液中提取GSH的5种方法进行了阐述与比较。对六种常用的谷胱甘肽检测方法进行了介绍。%Three common methods of producing glutathione which plays an important role in physiological function and medical care for human were introduced in the paper.Five methods to extract glutathione from fermentation broth were elaborated and compared.In addition,the analysis of GSH was introduced.
