浅谈工业企业改扩建环评中卫生防护距离不足问题的解决方法

摘要

In EIA of industrial construction project,the environmental rationality of site selection depends on not only city planning compatibility,the continued use of resources,public participation and other factors,but also hygienic buffer zone reachability which is an essential factor as well.Reasonable determination of hygienic buffer zone can effectively prevent pollution spread,and reduce pollution influence.The paper mainly analyzed the solution of insufficient hygienic buffer zone in industrial enterprise reconstruct and extension environmental impact assessment.%在建设项目环评过程中,选址的环境合理性除取决于城市总体规划相容性、资源利用的可持续性、公众参与的认同性等诸多因素外,卫生防护距离的可达性也是必不可少的因素,合理确定卫生防护距离,可有效防止污染纠纷,减少影响范围。文章主要分析工业企业改扩建环评中卫生防护距离不足的解决方法。
